Some nice models. I see you went for the cutoff wing tip version of the Spitfire. This was a pretty common full size mod, but you almost never see it modeled.

FMS 1400 mm BF109F with my fist try of a repaint. Lovely to fly bird with beautiful flying habits and a nice display.

Currently trying to improve my weathering technique on a FMS 1400 mm F6F Hellcat re-do in Royal Air Force livery. Will post images when finished.

For you all a healthy and successful 2013!

Thanks and cheers
Ralph

I just went and looked at Ralphs 109 Fan66, beautiful!

Just flew my beast, I'm second guessing my decision to install a power 25, what an animal, never got it much above 1/2 throttle and it took me 3 attempts at the landing.

Hey Bullitt -

Thanks! It is the 1400mm (originally Petie's blue). She's covered in aluminum. I also put some edging around the control surfaces to tighten the gaps. Redid the machine guns and cockpit as well. Have had a blast building this one and might do another one with full cockpit and full landing gear. I'm planning adding a build thread when I get some free moments.

Yeah- ditto on the beautiful job Comstock, give it up on how you did that finish. I've got a Tower Hobby Mustang downstairs that needs some TLC.
