One of these cells is not like the other...
(sung in the Sesame Street song sound, of course)
Anyway, I have three identical 2s packs of Tanic 2200s. The thing is, earlier this year one of them puffed up on me. No problem. I put it aside and used the other two. Now, I go to use them and of course the puffed one has gone back down to normal size and I can't tell them apart. How do I tell which pack was the puffed one? I realize I should have marked it but didn't. Will cell voltage tell me?

Are there any stretch marks on either of them?
They give women away who have suffered 'puffing up' and going back to normal every time.

if the pack has suffered a genuine pregnancy, its capacity and its internal resistance will be lower and higher.
The one that sags under use the most will be the duff one.

Although...I do only put female plugs on my batteries... maybe that's limiting the hanky panky after hours in the field box.
Doh!... one humorous post, and the whole thread goes Off Topic.
