Decent setup for first 3D foamie?

your battery choice is way to big to start with. You only need a most likely a 1050maH at tops and thats all. A 2000 is heavy for this type of plane, ill give you an example of a very nice set-up currently flying a Multiplex Microjet and the weight is only 12.38 ounces! it pushesd through the sky at around 70 or 75 i believe pretty quick for the retention pond i fly it in. Heres my setup--- battery, TANIC 1050 mah(holds voltage better than older thunder power 15c coming soon i believe) bl-8(Flatouts) esc, and Electrifly Rimfire motor had this setup on a hell raiser one time and performance was awesome also have a few TP 730's but dont give to much flight time and the tanic is better. IMO
