Free Plans for Foamies (Post links here)
Well this started out with me asking the top dogs to go and clean out the Original Free Plans sticky which I talked Tim into doing. Since then Tim is no longer Modding here so They opted to get rid of the Free plans sticky. Jim informed me that if I started a new one and it seemed to go smoothly that it would be turned into a sticky again with me keeping track of it.
So here are the rules: All plans must be FREE
: All plans must be for foamies
: Idle Chit chat is NOT ALLOWED( if you have a question or are looking for a specific plane look in the thread or post a new one asking the question.)
: Post links to threads or post the plans in the post
: Pictures of the planes are allowed
: And if you have a power set-up that you like for the specific plane list it to.
: Check to see if the plan is already on the list before posting(not always easy to do, but try)
: A skill level from 1 to 5 will help new members to.
Ok then we have the basic rules and again PLEASE DO NOT FILL THE THREAD UP WITH JIBBER JABBER.
We need this to be a easy way for the old and the new members to find all of these great designs.
Thank you for your time, Jason Melville (Tow Man)
It's going good so far
MAIN RULE: NO CHIT CHAT (NO QUESTIONS, JUST LINKS AND PLANS)

Stewart Little Biplane: this is one of the nify'st little planes I've made to date. I've only make 8 or so FF's but this one is a blast to fly slow with moderate power plant or fast on 3cells and a bigger motor.
Found in post 21 this thread, but not a continuous build thread, spreadout thru Tog's multi year thread. Seems people keep coming back to this one and it gets picked up again.
Mine uses an Esskay 400XT with 9050DD prop
I use a 2C or 3C battery
Great on 2C fantastic on 3C
One of many great plans that will be posted here

Have to add the 2 most like "trainer" style ones, the blu-beagle by Gene Bond, and the "trainer one" by gpw...I'd say the build and fly ability would be 1 on both...
trainer one: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=383687
here's an interesting one...using pool noodles: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=432774
the blu51cd by Gene Bond: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=389720
Gene Bond's gymblux2: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=328736
flybike's combat plane, actually a good pusher-trainer: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=391418
and don't forget the original free plans for the hydro craze by prop-er: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showt...t=hydro+plans+
I was disappointed when I went to view the free plans sticky until I came upon this thread...glad to know it's not all lost, providing it doesn't get bogged up with chit chat.

Here's a link to the old thread
There were lots of links to plans which were not specificaly for foamies, but could be converted fairly easily.
This site has great looking warbirds to enlarge for e-combat or just fun DPF flying. Some may need to have the tails enlarged slightly for better control.
