For Sale
FS: OS 1.60FX w/Bisson Muff. & 2 Tru-Turn Spinners & 6 Props!!!

All,

I'm sorry but a moderator closed this thread for "overbumping". Apparantly they don't like it when you guys ask questions and a seller replies. I apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused any of my fellow RCGroups members. The new thread for this item is HERE.

Sincerely,

-Wayne Bressler

For Sale: O.S. Engines 1.60FX Two-Stroke Engine

Price: $325 Shipped USPS Priority Mail
I only accept United States Postal Money Orders.

This engine was mounted on my Lanier Edge 540 ARF 1.20-size, and performed flawlessly. I'm getting out of my larger planes, and no longer need this engine. It is in excellent used condition. I do not know the total time on the engine, but it's not alot (I didn't buy it new).

I am including the following items with the engine to sweeten the deal:

1. Bisson Pitts Style Muffler Plumbed for Smoke
(I did the plumbing, and it works real well!)
2. Tru-Turn 3" Aluminum Spinner Std. Slot
3. Tru-Turn 3" Aluminum Spinner Wide-Slot
(Only One Backplate ~ Both Spinners Use Same Backplate)
4. Two APC 16x10 Props (Dyed Black)
5. One APC 16x6 Prop (Dyed Black)
6. One APC 18x6W Prop (Dyed Black)
7. One Top Flite 15x8 Wood Prop (New)
8. One Zinger 16x6 Wood Prop (New)
9. Tru-Turn Spinner Adapter

This is over $450 worth of stuff!!! You guys better be glad I'm getting married and need the money for my honeymoon!!!

Thanks,

-Wayne

Moter,

I used RIT dye. I decided to try it after reading about on one of the forums, just out of curiosity. It looks pretty cool, I think, and it doesn't hurt the props at all. It also gives the props a more scale look. I also tried to dye the GWS grey props, but they didn't take the dye at all. Different kind of plastic or whatever.

Did I mention that when everyone always asks where to get those fancy black props, I just tell 'em they're special order, and cost over $50 each?
