They did the same thing to me 2weeks ago over a Spartan boat.They just pointed at there receipt and said sorry all sales are final. 600.00 with batteries and all of it worthless. Mind you I have learned tons of info about boats from the other 300 upset Spartan owners and i have decided to join 10 forums and you tube to learn and complain... So as a new life goal it's been interesting. All i wanted was a refund but i guess wrecking a stores reputation for 60 years will have to do.

I can no longer sell it as a new boat once you have taken it home and it has been taken out of the box.I do remember you asked me before you opened it and took it home and i said "all sales are final."
I also remember helping you out with your batteries you want to exchange as well when you came back to try to return the boat and i said no dice.

Hey, glad to see you responding on here buda, and your store has a lot of stock, but the problem is the way you guys take care of people.
Maybe not you, or some of the staff, but it is the attitude where you don't take care of the customer when they have a problem.
I have seen Cellar Dwellar take back stuff that was bought a year ago and make it right for the customer.
I have seen them fix stuff that was broken by the customer because they were just getting started and not charge them.
Kerri and his crew understand customer service.
They also understand return business.
I usually go to your store to check things out and see what is new because you guys have great stock and decent pricing, but really, if you have a problem, you guys leave the customer hanging and in this day and age of online stores, it is ALL about the service.

then shop at cellar dwellar. those fools (CD) don't know there elbows from
there . I've dealt with CD & Eliminator.
at CD I bought a .25sized GP P-40. told him I need an engine for it.
he sells me a .40 super tigre.. for a .25 plane.. why? more $$$
thats why. never mind its double the recomended size.
First time I went to Eliminator, I bought a Kyosho P-40. Laurie was very
helpful & cut me an awsome deal. I then bought a magnum 52 for it.
she gave me the sale price AFTER the sale price was over.
Later I got the TFGE P-40. again, same results. cept' this time I went
with the DLE20 engine. awesome service. they have my buisness and
I make sure to let my friends know to shop there. my friends were very
pleased & never went back to cellar dwellar.
bottom line is that IF you go into Eliminator or anyother store knowing
what you want, there will be no problems. there return policies are no
different then most other stores
Eliminator is honest & straight foward. if they don't know something, they'll
find out. unlike cellar dwellar.. CD just completely yah.

It is obvious you either work there or are getting something for free.
Why? Cause you are lying.
No way with the combined experience at CD that they would try to sell you a .40 for a .25. No reason.
More dollars? Do you understand how markup works? After profit is calculated, the more dollars would probably be 5 dollars.
Eliminator is no different? Eliminator, you are on your own with a problem.
Cellar Dwellar, pay for your own shipping, etc.

Post the reply that he gives you. Why would a picture make me look like an a$$? Funny how your experiences there don't synch with anyone else.

actually AK-Models in Illinois is my favorite hobby store.

The .25 is actually more expensive than the .40 that you listed.
Why would he try to give you an engine for that size plane? They have been doing planes longer than eliminator has been around, by probably 15 years at least.
He just told me that ABSOLUTELY if they had made a mistake they would have taken it back.
This guy took a defective wing back one year later after it was purchased. It was my kids plane.
Buy where you want, just don't slam stores without good reason. If you have all your info, post it, as Kerri said he would make it right if they made that mistake.
You want results, there you go.
Think you can get Eliminator to take back the crap they sold me?

slam stores without good reason.. me? say it ain't so. twice I dealt
with them, twice I got the run around. they have there customer base.

next time buy from tower. they'll take anything back. no questions asked.

It is about the service.
Watched Mike lie to a customer and try to sell him a BRUSHED speed control for 90 dollars. This was in the last year. BRUSHED 25 amp speed controller. All because the poor guy didn't know anything about the product and was trying to fix his kids car or ski doo.
I was in there the other day and they have great stock and fair pricing, just lacking in the customer service.
