Prop saver for GWS props
GWS prop saver.
The GWS props have a recessed hole that keys to the nut on the shaft.
Due to this Keying, the retention part does not need to be non moving.
I made a prop saver using one servo arm, one rubberband and one nut.

site temporarily down due to bandwidth consumption.
It will be up in less than two hours.
The picture is too big to post. That is why I placed it on my page.
It is so simple you will shoot yourself that you did not think of it

Basketcase...where do you get...
those small rubber bands! I remember back when dental braces were "in vogue" you could get them where ever dental products were sold, I looked at our local grocery store and at a pharmacy, but no luck. Also, does the nut behind the servo arm need to fit in the recessed servo arm hole?? I need to build a prop saver (because I fly so well ;-) ) but the prop nuts are too large to fit inside the recessed part of the mounting hole on the arm I would like to use, can I just use a washer and tighten the nut against the arm?
Inquiring "prop busters" need to know ;-)
Thanks for any suggestions!
P.S. I posted a new thread regarding my question above by mistake, please disregard if you see it :O
