This thread needs more pics. Took these at the Columbus JR indoorfest a few weeks ago.

I've got mine on order

I guess you were impressed by what you saw. Did you notice what the tail wheel/skid setup was? Would be nice if companies would start including a steerable tail wheel.

Tail setup???

I guess I either didn't look or I looked and have forgotten. Of course in the picture the tail skid /wheel is in the crack between the tables. I would assume from the other e-flite Mini's it's a skid. Easy enough to fix.

Yes, a skid is included. At this time, we just don't have the right parts to include a steerable tail wheel, but it is a nice upgrade!

Yeh... Micro tailwheels would be nice on these kits... We're getting to where the weight will be negligible..

What about the Carl Goldberg Surge 400? Looks like a stick, including the flaps and it's available now.

Here's a photo of an electrified Ultra Stick Lite (Glow 1.20 sized with a large Hacker motor and 10S Thunder Power LiPos) and the Mini Ultra Stick (Park 450 motor, E-flite 10x8E prop and 3S 2100 Thunder Power Lipos) we flew at the SuperFly IV in Las Vegas last weekend.

Both models flew great with tons of performance and power but all the typical stability of Ultra Stick models. Its really hard to beat an Ultra Stick when you want an honest flying "bank and yank" model with no bad habits.

Everyone who had a chance to fly both airplanes couldnt stop smiling and commenting on the great flight performance. And while most of them probably wont own a 1.20 sized conversion of their own, just about all of them plan to pick up an MUS They all really like the fact that the MUS will go together in an hour or two thanks to all the preinstalled hinges, surfaces and control horns, bolt on stabs and one piece wing!

Something about the Goldberg Surge that is just.... ugly duckling to me.. The MUS is spot on, kept the same scheme, everything as the big one..

I would love to have that lite stick on a 10S.. Maybe when I get sponsored by Hacker and Thunderpower 10S will be... affordable..
