Power Supply for Motor Test Stand

I am looking for a power supply that runs off 110 volts, and can support output current up to 35 amps over a voltage range of 7-12 volts. It needs to have decent voltage regulation (a couple tenths with varying current would be OK) and a super-clean output is not necessary, as I have a 1.5 Farad power capacitor already integrated into my system.
