Are there any sources of the Original (no Acetone) 3M Super 77 in California?

Not in the stores, i beleive....they went to the acetone version because of california's environmental regs.

You don't really need it, anyways. If you spray the acetone version from a decent distance away, all of the acetone evaporated by the time it hits the wing or whatever, anyways.

I had a local peacenik come to my door asking me to sign a petition to stop drilling for oil in Alaska... same kid who came by to protest the "War for Oil" last year. (sigh) I guess he figures he will power his VW bus on Pachoulli oil or something.

I have had fine results with the new stuff on eps as well. I usually hold the can about 18" away. Havent ruined any foam yet.

I have found the ultimate solution to the 77 problem........

I've convinced the wife that I need to go to Reno NV to get some.
I gets a road trip...the good glue...and gambeling!!!

I have to check it's available there, but assuming it is, Whos coming and where can we slope when we get there???

I picked up a .50 BMG rifle on the last day it was legal to do so - December 31, 2004. The manufacturer offered an option for engraving on the flash-hider saying "F___ you Arnold". Other options included "Have a Nice Day"

No problems with "regular" 3M 77 here - works like a charm, no foam damage to report.

New 77 old 77 what's the diff. I use the red can 77 don't know if it is new or old, works fine. I think there was some other 77 that was I think green can and cost a hell of a lot more so I didn't buy it. Both were at Lowes hardware store last time I checked.
