Wish I could post a pic of my super cub crash, but it is at least 60 ft up in a pine tree at the moment. Finding it really hard to let it go, but not sure what to do accept cutting the limb which is at least 40 ft up itself. Regardless, the airframe is trashed. Would like to have the electronics back though. Was a good calm time to fly until I got in the air then a double digit gust grabbed the cub and pushed it in the tree. Guess this is my time of mourning. Would be nice to have at least one piece back of my first rc plane.

It will cost you tho :P not much

I bought (8) ten foot pieces of 3/4 PVC and 7 connectors.
Hoist it on up there and knock it down.

Thanks for the tip. I tried the PVC, but could not control the flex enough to get the plan. However, I tied some 1/2" electrical conduit and was able to get the super cub down on the first try. She was damaged, but not as bad as I thought. Parts are glued and planning to reassemble soon. Thanks again!

Total loss on the exp fuse, CF stringers were shot as some other internals, the tail feathers and the wings made it. The wings had minor but repairable damage.

I was doing chase plane in a Polaris buggy down my neighborhood street.

I launched my plane, 2 seconds into the flight it made a REALLY WEIRD NOISE.
it was shaking and it was loosing speed. Driver tried to catch it, but It turned and packed the concrete at like 15MPH

but, its fixable

@master22: what kind of noise was it? Squeaking? Had a problem with one of my planes squeaking and coming down (or not going up ).
Squeaking of my plane because of wrong ESC timing
Timing setting on the ESC was wrong...
Not to be offtopic here some crashpics of that plane:
