Looks like it could use a raptor 30 canopy instead of the REX one, looks a bit weird with the small REX canopy on it.

Still I like the idea that I could oneday convert to gas without buying a new heli.

its a great heli got one meself well two ha ha
they fly like a raptor 30 v2,
i know that it does look bit weird to some people with the t-rex canopy which is why it shall soon be classed as a totally different heli with a custom made canopy, but will end up costing more, £140 for the upgrade i think is a great deal especially when you get the motor and allot upgrades.

How does the power compare? 950grams seems heavy on those Trex blades.
I have no experience with IC helis though so....

it uses the larger blades that you get for the t-rex, it flys great no problems at all i only use the wooden blades if you want o tsee it flying goto www.rcchallenge.co.uk and they have video footage of it flying and doing 3d.
