Roman Vasyliev has a free book called 'Lost Eagles'.
It has pictures, info, and 3-views about WWI era prototypes and rare planes.

Cool link showing airfoils for 100's of aircraft

Found this link through the Technicalities section of Flying magazine. It lists the airfoil designs for a huge list of aircraft. Granted, just because the airfoil was good for the full scale aircraft doesn't mean it suits a flying model (been reading Carlos' book on model airplane design) but I think the list is still pretty cool.
