well I don't know about Ronnie... but if I can squeeze out of work I'l be there about 730... just after the races start... just to watch... and I may bring my bike to just "display" it and start some interest

Oh yeah, I forgot about the Wed. night racing at S.V. . Normally, the 1/5 scales come out on the two Sunday races per month. I won't know if I can make it that late to the track until the actual day. Perhaps I'll get to meet you guys.

Where did you see that we are racing on Wed. nights? Oh! I know....kzspeedway.com or svspeedway.com .....that web site is not up to date. The only reason they are up to date with the results is they have a direct link to my results page. I had tried to get people to start racing on Wed. nights but nobody wanted to race. so we don't race during the week.
Friday evenings are good with a good showing of people. I personly haven't been to the track on Wed. for awhile. Very sorry for the inconvenience.

As for the 5th scale drivers... The drivers that were out here to see the races were very interested. It is my understanding that one of them bought a used nitro bike (burg). They will be more than happy to have you come out and join them on RACE DAY.

I usually run my bike in my parking lot.... it's approx. 250'x175' and it's usually not full of cars... we had a drifting exhibition here a couple of months ago that ended up in Speed Magazine.

Just found out I have to go to a CD release party witht he wife... Looks like it'll be next Friday instead 9/2... but I'm trying to head over there on 9/4 anyway so we'll see

Looks like I'll miss you guys as I'll be out of town 9/1-9/4 for my wedding anniversary.

Why not come out on Sept. 11th for our club race? By the way it will be run counter clockwise .

I would love to come up and run the bike for a weekend. But, I cannot
go next weekend so it would need to be another future date. It only
is 3 hours depending on traffic so thats not 2 + 2 bad.

What other dates do you all have in mind?

Hi Lorenzo,
Well we have three new people with bikes here (2 electric, 1 nitro). I know of one thats almost ready to race (It was on the track today). Why don't as many of you that can make it try to get out here for our next club race on Sunday 9-11-05? We'd love to have all of you out.

The next club race sounds good to me. I'll do everything I can to be there. So will it be a "run what you brung" class? What are the race details, time, fee, etc, etc...?

yeh, we can run a run what you brung class. If enough come out we will run a nitro and an electric class. he race fees are $15.00. The races start @ 11:OOam. We will run 2-5min qualifyers and a 5min main.

I'll really look into coming up for the 11th. I'll need to probably come up
Saturday night and come home on monday. We left after the race and
did not get home until really late, which is why I was so tired. Let me
know what exactly is going on that Sunday? Times, who's racing and
so forth. I can probably get another hotel room and stay, since I dont
want to do the drive all in one day.

I can probably make it.. I'll need to check into this .. asap

At this time all I can say is keep an eye on this thread.....Hey everyone that is planing to come out, please try to make some plans and post them here as soon as you know. That way the people from way out of town can make thier plans. If not this date (9/11/05) then we'll definatly make a race in the near future.
