Blade balancing by removing blade material
I have a 100x.01 gram scale that I'm using to balance my Corona blades. One blade was about 1 gram heavier than the other. It took a lot of balancing tape to get them the same. I decided to remove blade material using a small block plane. I removed the material from the narrow edge of the blade.I was able to balance the 2 blades the same but I noticed the blade I planed was a little narrower than the other. Is this a big deal? Will this cause vibration or lift problems?
