EFM Extra 300 EPP ARF - The IMAC Practice Plane!

That's right! An IMAC capable plane that you can fly at any park without the fear of crashing!

We (Electric Foam Models) set out to design a durable airplane that actually "looked" like a real airplane. With the Extra 300 Scale looks and the durability of the built-up EPP foam design, we think we hit the nail on the head. The EFM Extra 300 EPP also features 6mm Depron control surfaces for crisp control and awesome authority.

We still recommend the EFM Revolution EPP 3D Trainer for first time 3D pilots. The Revolution 3D was designed to have stable and forgiving flight characteristics. With the Revolution 3D, you can learn how to 3D easily.

The Extra is the next step. It is not quite as forgiving as the R3D, but more responsive. It is perfect for those that have had 1 or 2 3D planes and want something that can take them to the next level but still be able to withstand the occasional crash.

The ARFs have the wing and fuse already built, comes pre-painted, and has pre-cut depron control surfaces. The ARFs also include a vacuum-formed clear plastic canopy. Landing gear is included!

Yes. The vertical and horizontal stabs are made from 6mm Depron.

I hate to be a downer, but is't this kind of thread "illegal"?

Excellent looking foam Extra! I actually just got my first taste of IMAC flying at the Nationals in Muncie. Pretty hardcore... but I didn't get to see the freestyle routines

I've used an AXI 2212/24 and TP1320 3S1P pack with 10x4.7 APC prop. An AXI 2208/34 with TP900 3S1P pack and 9x5 HD prop should work well too.

Lately we have been flying with our new MicroDAN 2510 motors (yet to be released). Only 3 grams heavier than an AXI 2208 but as powerfull as a 2212! I'll have more information on them later.
