Cheap micro slope soar gliders

When the weather is nice its good to fly outdoors
Simon and I found these super cheap little foam "toy" gliders.

They cost about Ł3 ($5) and are ideal for conversion to R/C
Simon did this and wrote an article about his.
It uses cheap park fly servos and has detachable wings. Simon carries his about in a keyboard box on the back of his bike.
I think you would need some smooth air to slope soar, so houses and similar are out.
See our park flier web page for more details

Also, we thought the Flying Styro scale foam kits could be flown as slope soarers too, I have seen a few Corsairs in magzines but never the jets.....

Where did you get these from? I'd love to try converting one or two of these. I'm in London but have a mate who's often in the Leicester area.

Thanks

Barny

I'd love to get one of those slope fliers. The only problem is that I live in Florida. Is there anyone who sells them here in the U.S.?
