Thrust for 1-2.5 Kg planes Going Brushless or going LIPO?
Is it possible for brushless engines to have a power range for planes form 1-2.5 or 2 Kg just by variation in cells number? Will it be capable to preform acrobatics in this range?
What is a bigger gain in power compared to brushed conventional setups? Going Brushless or going LIPO?
What is youre opinion?

Decent brushed with LIPO is better than cooking brushless with Nickel.
As far as adapating a single LIPO PACK to models between 1 and 2.5kg, its possible - motors too, but if you use cheap brushed mortors one per plane is not too hard.
300W of sayt astro 05 cobalt geared on 3s LIPO 4000 will be spectacular in a 1kg warbird, and will fly a 1.5-2kg aerobat very well, and a 2-3kg 'cub style' plane beautifully, albeit at lower rates of climb, for example.
