PHA-01 WARNING FOR ALL DRAGONFLY USERS

I THINK ITS VALUABLE STICKER DESIGN

I WILL BE WAITING FOR OTHER SUGGESTIONS

Apart from the attempt at humour Lostrider, can you please let us know what avenues you have pursued to obtain satisfaction from GWS apart from using the forum? I am not defending the company in any way, but companies tend to have set up processes for handling warranty claims.

I would have thought that the time to "stand in the street with a megaphone" (which is in effect what using a forum like this is like) is >after< the warranty process has broken down.

But you haven't answered my question.. what steps have you taken to follow the normal procedures? Has GWS been given the opportunity to inspect the goods or have any other correspondence with you outside of a public forum?

If I was running a businesss involving consumer goods, I do not think I would respond well to "standing in the street with a megaphone" if there had been no previous opportunity for me to deal with the issue.

I am not in any way disputing that you might well have a faulty product Lostrider, just that it is surely fairer to any company to first follow their return/replacement process.

i dont have a chance for visiting Mr Lin
In addition to this, Mr lin asking extra 35 $ for new model pha,
and i dont see anybody have free upgrade chance, includes me...
he is working like an a bad merchant.
so i asked Mr lin to any solution for phault-01,
but Mr Lin dont have any solution for this fault product.
i have so many (100~) reset tryings with my phault in those days,
im bored,
and finally, i have trying to enjoy in there.

Are you sure that you have 100~pcs PHA-01?

yes, with your gws ni-mh cells, (i have 3 ni-mh and 1 li-ion(it isnt gws))
i have multimeter, i have checked voltage.
and i have 3 times success green led, but battery will gaved only 2 minutes, after too many reset tryings... and i replaced battery.
4 times high tail drift, and going to reset.
i have trying now. time is 06:05 now.

in this fact; i dont wanna pay extra 35 $... if i pay, i feel very stupid...

i have heatsink from yours, it solved my tail drift problems as little.
but im in trouble with arming.. its very boring

Are you sure that you have 100~pcs PHA-01

its not 100 pcs, its 100 reset trying on a one pha-01....
