World Models J-3 Cub and floats??
This plane here:
Which floats would you use? At about 26oz, would GWS floats be able to float it? Or where could I get some that would work?

The floats need to be 72% of the length of the fuselage as measured from the rear of the prop to the rudder hinge line. This is what one formula says and it seems to work in actual practice.
The GWS floats,in my opinion, would be at the extent of their volume with this weight. For $10.50 it might be worth the chance. The foam floats are pricey but lighter in weight.I paid $21 for some 16" ones that would not support my stock Beaver/14 oz.
My GWS Beaver is around 19oz with a pair of modified GWS floats.Performance is good.FWIW.
