My Slow Stick

Okay, you asked for it. Here's my Slow Stick. It's more of a radio-controlled kite than airplane. Had a few run-ins with wires, but it's supplied me with tons of fun. Thank you, Mr. Lin, for having such a marvelous product in your inventory.

Home grown SS

The first is my own yard stick or slow stick which ever you like to call it. I used the wings off an old Hobbico Superstar and the tail off a playboy purchased a 3/8" wood dowel and off you go. Purchased the brushless PJS 400 jet from Hobby Lobby for $20 on sale. Flies great.

I don't have any pictures of my Slow Stick. It's not looking too good right now. I've been using it for Slow Stick Combat. If you never did it, give it a try. It's a blast. Get some friends together and try to knock each other out of the sky. The damage is usually easy to fix.

Ed.. I have a modified Aiptek camera, that uses power from the receiver to automatically take pictures on an SD card.. Check over at the Aerial Photography section of this forum for a TON of information from alot of different AP pilots.. (Including Kyle G. from above!)

Here is my newest project, the "Glow Stick"! Maiden will hopefully be this Saturday. I've actually had it completed for over a month, but work hasn't really let me out of the office lately!!!
All stock SS, with exception of a .07 Thunder Tiger glow engine!
