Video: MTM 400F meets 3D Pro Hummer Heli: The power is awesome!

This motor seems to have just as much power as the MTM 400DF that is so popular now days. Here is a video:

Setup:
New setup:
MTM 400F (2250kv) w/ 20T
My custom homemade fully symmetrical 255mm woodies
HS 56s all around
CC 25 esc
Electron 6 rx
Kokam 3s 740 (20C)
T-Rex Canopy
AUW: 423g

Video clip of Heli:

Pound for pound it may be the most versatile motor to have. I have one in my Twin Jet as well running a 7x3.5" prop Direct Drive. I'm just excited to be having so much fun now.

Here is my Jet video clip w/ the 400F as well:

Bottom line, I like my 3D Pro Heli now, and I can never get enough time to fly my jet.

Zoom:
Does your heli get to see any action aside from full-power climbouts It definately has lots of power, climbs better than my x400 for sure.

Actually, I had been having problems with the tail system having too much slop leading to vibration and so much tail wag tha the heli was not flyable. I stiffened up the tail with washers. The video clip you just saw was me testing out the new mod. I just happened to notice that the tail was now holding fine, and the heli had a little bit of power as well. So, I decided to capture the footage to share with others.

Long story short, I have not fully tested out this new motor. Even the climbouts that you saw was not even full pitch. I am yet to workout all of the setup kinks. I will try to do a little bit of flips and rolls in the next vid. I do know one thing, the little heli has more than my skills can handle. My specialty lies in building modifications for 3D flight, Unfortunately, my flight skills lag behind my creativity.
