Hi ALFREDO.

Nice to see you posting your pics on the forums again.

You deserve the credit for being the first to build and fly a JSF.

I only took it one step further by making it a bit larger and puttting micro ducted fans on it.

I would like to see more modellers making simple scale foam deltas. There are lots to choose from and they fly well if built and trimmed properly.

Cheers. Patrick.

Really cool what you guys are doing. If anyone needs help or drawings with CAD, I'd be happy to assist. I design full size experimental aircraft in 3d and develop 2d plans for them as well. Due to health reasons, have a lot of free time lately too. Anyway, really impressed with your projects and enjoying the thread.

So who's going to be teh first to build an 11 motor EDF blockade runner?

The snow speeder in the first post looked great. I would love to see a picture of that flying.

Wooa! That Blockade runner has to be the most un-aerodynamic ship that we could build! Just think of the look on peoples faces if someone got one to fly!!
Though, has anyone got a death star to fly yet?

If you search the foamy section for posts by a guy named EWO, you'll find a blucore 8-ball. Flies 3d, just kinda hovers around. I say, give it a new paint job, and TA-DA!!!

Oh, BTW, the rebel blockade runner is technically called a correlian corvette, they are used as blockade runners because they are fast and cheap.(I'm a huge starwars nerd, can you tell )

Thanks Snake and GO RC.

Dear Patrick, your JSF is really cool, with this paint scheme, biger and EDF looks more scale, you did not a redesign, you designed your own JSF

The indoor foamy JSF that I built now have a new motor, I installed a 7:1 geared N20 with a 12 cm prop, not fly yet with the new one, but the power "sense" enough, wiht the M20 the JSF did not flew, in 2 days the flight test.

Cheers.

death star

Maybe that could work with a little "magnus effect"? (spinning the death star around a horizontal axis to provide lift)

Not yet Patrick, maybe tomorrow, I want to wait to the success in flight, until the plane could flight fine I going to paint it an pics.

As I wrotte before, I got a nice left open circle " landing aproach" just for the unpowered motor, but enought to learn about the stall bad habits in the plane, to avoid it I learned to trim the elevator control in elevons mix and to dive before the plane "show" the stall nose up.

But anyway, tomorrow I going to take some pics of the indoor fleet that we fly, and the mini JSF too.

May the force be with you
