Sweet.... That is a very large stage!

Good to see you having fun but I "think" you were blocking the camera person from seeing the young lady in white shorts and boots.

As always, thanks for sharing.

Very nice, looks like fun, the fans really seem to enjoy it. I was quite surprised at how big and how expensive blimps, very cool but more than I want to spend to fly a GoPro.

Hi Guga, we need your help, i am not sure if you get my private message.

First of all I want to thank you and all other for all the posts that published and we wish all best in this year.
We are enthusiasts and we want to create own blimp.
First blimp would be the size of 4-5 meters, it would be used for outside and inside. The color we chose is black, because you recommended and we really like .
Our budget is approximately 3-4000 euros. We will do gondola from carbon fiber, poliurethan envelope we ordered and based on our draft give to company that cut out and paste.

We intersted for few things.
1st What thickness of poliurethan cloth should be used, we found that the thickness of your "2mts" , we dont know whether this means 200g/m2 or something else?
2nd We are interested in what way did you agree prices for customers, whether by the hour or per event.
In what way are presented prices for flights outdoor and how did you explain to customers due to weather conditions, the length of the flight, etc.
3rd Can you recommend an electric motor and batteries for the blimp to be used indoor and outdoors. The goal is to stay as long in the air and quality and appearance of our blimp is very important.

Thanks in advance
and best regards,

p.s. Please, all on the forum to help us with advice

The Circus

I recently spent a long weekend at the Shriners Circus in Cedar Park Texas. Over the years many of us have wondered what it would be like if we ran away to join the circus. Last weekend I found out what it was like and although it was a hoot, three performances a day is a lot of work and makes for a long day. I had my regular pilot and a new prospect working with me and we were scheduled to fly three flights per performance. Our limitations were that we could not fly the ship while the elephants were in the arena and it seemed like they were always there. Although we didn't get all our scheduled flights in the client was happy with the results and that is what seems to count. Attached are a few shots of the arena area and of the airship we were flying. The people were great to work with and it was an experience. Now its back to our scheduled events and I find flying at the hockey and basketball games much less stressful.

Marcus, you have all the picture of the beautiful ladies and although they were every where I turned I failed to capatilize on my good luck. Sorry about that.
