First Photos.
Well had a beautiful day here in mn last sat. Probably last one of the year.
ZERO WIND well least <4mph To get what i think is a great shot. Used a H73-j on a 1/4 scale patriot. The Camera was set 12 feet from the launch pad with a wide angle lens. Burst speed was 1/3 of a sec a shot. Meaning the rocket was in frame for 1 full second. Very low flight only 800 ft or so. My other rocket is the white one on the front pad. Modified acras rocket to fit a 29-240 casing love using a H-238W on it rocksims out at 3100 feet going 850 ft/sec^2 at 20 feet always a crowd pleaser. Its name is "Slow Poke" P.S. no camera has yet to capture the "slow poke" in two diffrent frames with the same camera. |

Here's ours,
We only do A10,A,B,C motors currently may move up to D size or larger once we get a bigger launch pad from Santa.
Mostly kits but some are custom designs or what we call Experimental rockets. Most if not all have been launched and so far we only lost 1,a Big Bertha.I shouldnt have painted it olive drab .Fred B.

Rokit, I was looking at the old mach 10 in my 69 centuri catalog(I think) I assume the angled top fin compensates for the high mounted motor. How does it glide and what is your wingspan/weight?? It seems like you have a pod in the front but in the last photo I don't see that, do you drop or move it for CG?
