MF 480 rotor balancing
I have 2 MF 480 and both are showing a vibration around 24000 rpm...
With a HP200/20/6 the vibration dissapears at full power (+/- 30000 rpm) and I can fly without any problem
When i use a speed 480 race, the whole thing vibrates at full power (+/-24000 rpm).
Have you got any "secrets" to balance the rotors ?
Thank's a lot

try rotating the spinner a few degrees. run it up and check for vibration. repeat as needed. that usually works if it still vibrates use a magnetic balancer..............gregg

There is a thread here describing the unit I make to solve your problem and balance the fans.
The vibration never "goes away" the amplitude gets smaller at higher frequencies but the power sapping vibration is still present.
