Peter Wank and ScienText Models -- Where Are They Now?
Peter Wank is one of the early suppliers of kits and designs for electric scale models through Scientext. The models were for free flight, given the motors and batteries of that day -- but could be easily converted to R/C with today's radio gear, motors and batteries.
I have his plans for the C-47, Noorduyn Norseman Floatplane and Piaggio P-166. He had additional plans, including the Sikorsky S-43 "Baby Clipper" and a Consolidated Fleetster.
Does anyone know what Peter is doing and whether any of these plans are still available. I didn't find anything on e-bay.
