Hi,

With the e-flite stick mount how much do you need to cut off the stick, I already reversed my 2208 shaft, the e-flite mount should be here tomorrow, I can probally figure it out I'll measure the gws mount then measure the new mount and post how much needs to be removed from the stick if nobody knows.

It was suggested that having one main place right in the front of the site where people could look could cut down on a lot of threads asking the same question. This will only be helpful if GWS uses this thread and people don't fill it with lots of posts asking the same question. Now that the China plant has employees and are training them to produce kits we will hopefully hear about some of these projects progressing. Moderator Mike
This post (#1 in this thread) explains the purpose of this "sticky" thread which everyone (including GWS) seem to have forgotten. The idea was that if you saw a post here you would know GWS had posted some news. There's another "sticky" specifically created for pictures of people's own models, why post them here in the GWS announcements thread?

The BEC of this ESC would be 3A. Would you read this link, http://www.gwsus.com/images/note%20book/e_gwesc.jpg

Could you state more about that "2 servos" issue.

Switching BEC

Mr Chen,

I was wondering why everyone keeps putting these ineffiecient BECS in their ESC. How much more would it cost you to put in switching BECs instead of the normal ones everyone else uses? Will it really cost that much more? If you replace the current BECs with switching ones, and able to maintain the current prices (or maybe slightly higher), then I will bet you your ESC will sell like hot cakes. Might even overtake Castle Creation!

The current BECs cannot even be used when we use 4S Lipos!

Guilty as charged! I hope my sentence can be reduced to 100 hours of public flying Seriously, though, I fully agree. Maybe there is a way to give only authorized GWS persons "posting" access, and the rest of us "read only"? That's the only way tomake this work, I think.
