Hello Andy,
Finally flew my Siren and it did well with the 7-cell NiMH 2200's you gave me at the CCRC swap meet. Not vertical of course, but flew nicely and for a good while. You guys are all right about the Siren floating indefinitely in ground effect. Got to enable the flaperons next time--or course, the exercise is healthy, walking a half-mile to retrieve the plane... Cheers, Dave |

No, but you can start with a couple of mm and then test it up high with your Tx in programming mode so you can adjust it in-flight (it's best to have a helper.)
It sounds, however, that you're using a switch for spoilerons, which implies you've still got throttle on the left stick. If this is the case, I strongly recommend that you move the throttle to a switch - preferably a spring-loaded toggle or button - and use glider programming to have spoilerons on the left stick, so they can be dialed in gradually.. ..a |

Great Planes Silver Series 45A Brushless ESC 5V/2A BEC Great Planes Rimfire 35-48-1000 Out-Runner Brushless FlightPower LiPo 11.1V 1500mAh 25C EVO25 3S Balance ( X2 Parallel ) (so I can use them in my other planes )Hitec HS-65HB Micro Servos Also has anyone tried using a 2.4 radio in one of these yet ? And I forgot. If this is a good combo what would be a good prop size for it. Thanks
