Sorry about that... I did not know that was their old name... no wonder I got confused when I clicked on the link for gwsexpert.com .

Keep in mind he picked the colors

It is his second plane.
1st was a slowstick. This is my 3rd attempt at painting a plane. I still can't figure out how to keep the paint from coming off with the masking tape

A trick I use and it seems to work well as long as your painting with a airbrush or can of spray paint! wet some newspaper and stick it where you want it like a wet mask! it just has to be wet enough to stick it will hold it shape and makes for easy removal.

A look at my fleet!
  • Estarter- Favorite plane! Good lander and great speed with the BP-18 brushless motor!
  • Corsair- Most challenging plane! It's got a lot of glue in it! Likes to fly and land very fast! BP 18 works great in it. Tip: bend the landing gear foward and brace to keep from nosing over! Also, don't fly near stop signs!
  • Beaver- Great plane to fly when you want to relax! Easy lander and lots of power with stock 350 motor. Has $20 Wal Mart camera on board.
  • PT -17 Stearman. Kind of inbetween a Beaver and an Estarter. Good for slow flying. Very "draggy". Might add upper ailerons and brushless motor. Flies well with stock 400 "D" motor
  • All planes fly on 11 v Apex 1320 15c Batteries. Great power and duration!

Hmmmm -- I've never heard of a BP-18 motor... What battery and prop do you use with it?
