Turbines

Wrong Forum ... you should post in Aircraft / Jets / Turbines and ducted fans.... not Electric Flight / Jets

But as long as you started it here.... These things are awesome. Go to any jet meet and 90% of planes will be turbine powered. IMHO Ducted fans (gas and electric) are super cool and tons of fun.. but turbines are slowly taking over our world.

Turbines need to get a little cheaper before I take the big plunge (I've got a BVM F-16 in the garage just waiting for turbine prices to drop a bit more).

They are neat, I am fortunate to be a member of a field that BVM uses nearly on a weekly basis, get to see all that cool stuff, Turbines have to be heard, smelled, seen in that order to really appreciate them.
