The only Balsa Loc I know of comes in a little plastic jar, is waterbased and used to apply covering like Litespan and similar stuff that lacks adhesive on the back.

What do you want to use it for?

i use it to glass wings apply the balsa loc then put the glass clothe on top before it dries and apply another layer of balsa loc when dry it gives plenty of strength and helps with the adhesion of your covering less weight than tape i`ve since been told wehter water based or sig stix it it doesn`t make any difference
