Help me finish a Piper J-3 Cub Anniversary Edition...
Iíve got from a fellow a partially assemble kit, a Carl Goldberg Piper J-3 Cub .40, but booklet and constructions blueprints were lost. Despite of this everything in the box match the part listing and I succesfully a completed the assembling, but Iím worried about some die cut plywood parts because maybe are critical reinforcements and I donít know where to glue them.
So, why donít us play a puzzle game at the same time you gave me suggestions? Well, these are patterns and quantities numbers:
What about the plastic tubing, what are these for?
Quantity Code Desription
1 5205 3/16 X 14 NYLON TUBING
1 5206 3/32 X 15 NYLON TUBING
1 1664 K-63 BUTYRATE TUBE 4-1/4
1 1425 CENTER LINE MARKER (nylon rounded piece)

Well... I would think the Nylon tubing would be for push rods to go thru..
the center line marker is a good tool.... it's used for finding the center line on a piece
of wood. Say you want to find the center of an aileron, so you could cut a slit for
installing hinges... place the tool on the side of the aileron where a hinge would go,
and bump goes next to the wood.... press the bump next to the wood and move it..
it will draw you a nice line on the wood where the hinge should go.
