Todds Models Wing-E Built and covered.
Below is the information from Todds Website.
He has just anounced that he will no longer be producing any of his kits.
This models is covered in Transparent Blue,White, and Silver So-Lite.
Elevons are not hinged and fins are not glued yet for easier shipping.
I bought it to build. Got it done and enjoyed the build. If it sells great. If it doesn't I will get gear for it and fly it.
The WING-E was designed with a NASA flying wing airfoil and to use the inexpensive GWS products allowing you to fly at your local small field in the wind. The kit is 100% laser cut with 46 parts and a full supply of Sig & Dubro hardware. CAD drawn plans with written instructions allow the WING-E to be built in a short amount of time. The WING-E is capable of flying in winds that other slow and parkfliers would be grounded in. The WING-E will loop, roll, and fly inverted. Flight times vary depending on flying styles but with a 7 cell 300mAh Nickel Metal Hydride battery pack 10~13 minutes are normal.
Wingspan = 23 Inches
Wing Area 223 sq. in.
Weight = 6.5 oz.
Wing loading = 4.2 oz. sq. ft.
We found the best compromise of performance, flight times, and aerobatics were to use the EPU3 motor and APC 7x4 Slowflyer prop. A GWS EPP0650 will also work.
Other items needed to finish the Wing-E are:
EPU 3 (IPS-DX2BB-2XCS) Motor w/heatsink.
APC 7x4 or 7x5 Slowflyer prop.
ADC001 prop adapter.
Sub-Micro Receiver less than 10 grams.
Two HS-50 or HS-55 servos.
2 to 8 amp Electronic Speed Controller.
7 cell 300mAh or 370mAh NiMh battery pack.
Price is $40.00 + $8.00 shipping. I use lots of bubble wrap!
Paypal only please.

There is a sort of stick mount. I say sort of because it is balsa with ply on each side. Motor then fits over that like on a lot of other planes. Reallly strong. It is glued on the bottom of the wing at the leading edge and sticks out enough for the motor/prop to clea the wing.

Wes, great job on yours! Very clean build. The Wing-E is a classic, it may become a collectors' item now that Todd has stopped production.
Rpage, as Wes said it's a tractor. The mount is designed for a GWS IPS motor mounted sideways. Other motors can be adapted to the stick mount. Here's a pic of mine showing how the motor tucks into the nose:
