High Speed Sparless Epp Concrusher
Since the Nucleus, I decided to created a new epp wing to replace my thicker heavier zipper, using the same equipment.
No flutter to 400W or more
Press fit countersunk level batteries
The option the run all wires between the top and bottom layer of the airframe.
integrated non-balsa elevons, not taped on, pre-beveled
motor options: 2015-5400, or 020 4,5 turn, 3 turn mega etc
Battery options, 8-12 GP 1100's, 3s 1320, 3s TP2100, and others
Pre-cut motor socket, pre cut servo holes
Floaty, glides well, awesome flare outs, NO FLUTTER
Airframe joins top/bottom , not left/right, using super77, not goop or hotglue.
No bad tip stalling al low speed.
Kevin at Viper Hobbies estimated the speeds at 130MPH with just a 3s TP2100 and 4 turn astro 020.
I would elaborate more but IE crashed once on me already after typing all of this.
Less talk more pix and Vids! Love it or hate it?

That looks great, a beautiful shape, and nice finish work too. I would love to see it with a cockpit canopy area attached, or colored in for more scale appearance. The pilot needs to be able to see out well for those 130 mph blasts 2 feet off the deck. I would deffinitely try to build this if you would post some plans please, as well as some instructions. The close ups of the finish look very nice too, is this iron on covering.
Thanks for showing us your great work.

countersunk TP2100 3s in the prototype concrusher, some wrinkes from nose ins, when attaining cg, no damage other than the wrinkles, cg acquired, flys great!

I wanted to do a cockpit, but I just couldn't ignore the fact that it was just more drag, I may make one available for those who wish for one as yourself.
As far as plans go, it is not a build up plane, it is contoured from an epp foam block. So unless you have a CNC machine, I don't know if the Gcode file would be of much use to you.
I plan on kitting these, like the Nucleus.

inside bottom half of a previous prototype, I used carbon fiber tape in the back ,but, ended up omitting it in later versions as it is not required
What's cool is that IF you wanted spars, you could runn the on direction in the bottom half inside, and ANOTHER direction in the top inside, the join, for crazy power with heavy bats, but so far, even with 12 GP1100's...NO spars needed!
and joining the top and bottom halves after super 77.....

That is beautiful. Quite original too. looks like a re-entry vehicle from a sci-fi novel. Or maybe a microjet on steriods.
just a thought, since you are contructing it via a sandwich method, it may be possible to wiggle in some micro retracts. what is now a thread, soon ,may be a legend.

thank you, funny you mention gear, here is a 1" smaller early version prototype, running a 2015-4200 3x3 prop, and 3s TP 1320's, with fixed landing gear!
Since then, it's got the high HP equipment, and is 1" larger in size, with fine tuning to the thickness of the foil.
There is a vid of it in there.
My new EPP NON-hotwire cut wing!
