Thoughts on my smart rx battery monitors readings?
I have installed the Irvine inteligent battery monitor on my 3dmp and am running a 4 cell 1100 Nicd.
The monitor flashes initally to tell the no of cells it picks up (four flashes).
It also shows the lowest voltage acheived during the flight.
After 2 secs or so from switch on the far right red (low indicator comes on and the bat level green also comes on indicating full charge, but flashes every few seconds. During this time I have not moved the sticks at all. Is it possible that the servos at rest would give this low reading or do I have a problem (battery not holding under static load?) or servo issues from the digital servos or something else - it could be normal for all I know!
