Hi Dave
I found the Arrow Active 11 reference in the Nexus scale drawings plans handbook that I have. Unfortunately there is no date given for this handbook. The plan is shown as plan 2801 and is in the `Golden Age section for civil types 1919-1939.
I do not know why this plan is not shown on the website but I will give them a ring tomorrow and try and find out what gives.

Aeromodeller had a 36" span F/F model which came out in April 58. I can do you a scan of the page if required.

Hi all
thanks for all the help, much appreciated.
John-if you could find out for me if they still stock it that would be great-thanks.
Kiwi-thanks for the offer but I think I,ve just ordered that plan from the "x-plans"website-they specialise in selling old plans-I say "think" as the list of plans they supply is not very detailed.oh and it can take up to a month to receive an order, hence I realy would like a detailed 3 view so I can start drawing up a plan straight away.

Hi Dave
Nexus do have plan pack 2801 but have had to remove the details while they update the website. If you contact the nexus plans service on 01322 660070 they can supply.
best of luck

Hi all
thanks again for all the help-much appreciated.
John-I,ve ordered a scale plan this morning from nexus,I wish they still did their plans handbooks-I bet theres loads of interesting stuff not on the website but they still stock-oh well!!.
Kiwi-thanks for putting the plan on here,I love the old fashioned scale free flight plans don,t you??-so much detail and infomation-brillant.
one question - how did you manage to scan such a large plan?-you must have a mega scanner!.
Chris P-have you got anymore pics??-love to see them if you have

Just go into any of the search engines, select 'images' and punch in Arrow Active.

Cheers

No not a mega scanner! it's just a scan of the reduced size plan from the magazine. Oh, did I mention I have lots of magazines?

Kiwi,

That Aeromodeller plan shows the fin and rudder as a bit too short, compared to photos available on the Web.
