TueLe -- I see the CN10-Plus is a close match to the FF-N20. Have you tried it out as a replacement? Thanks for posting the FF-N20 spec page - very useful! Jerry

for replacement motors i found out i could fit my Kyosho caliber m24 tail rotor motor on my br for they are of identical size but of a much better quality on my Schweizer 300(m24)i have'nt check for prices yet tough.

if you have a spare 130-size motor with carbon brushes, you can take them out and soldier them on the N20 motors. they seems a bit chunky so you have to add spacers on the top of the shaft to prevent the comm from rubbing them.... i already tried this and it WORKS!

what do you mean tuele?actually the brushes HAVE to rub against the comms otherwise motor can not run...anyway,check in the "crap" thread(started by talktodan) you might find my approach a little easier,i posted some pics to show what i did

my bad... i didn't explain it clearly..Ok, if you take the N20 motor apart, you'd see a small disk above the comm...well, the carbon brushes i took out of the 130 size motor were a little too tall, and they slightly rub against that disk. this causes some friction and not allowed the comm to spin smoothly and work efficiently...so i added a small spacer on top of the shaft to slightly raise the comm to make more clearance while still allow the brushes to contact the comm.... hope this help.
