29 mhz? 49 mhz noob with a question

What actually is there place in the roll of the R/C device. I have no clue on how they work and would love to know a little bit about this topic. BTW the one that i sent back was a black 29 mhz. What should i be recieving?

Sent back to Iinteractive Toy in Canada? You will prob. get back one on 27 mHz. These are the two frequencies that the radio equipment transmit and recieve on. 2 different frequencies allow 2 to fly at the same time provided one is on 27 mHz and the other is on 49 mHz.

There is a check box on the retail box for a 40 mHz model too. That is for Europe or Oz or someplace outside North America. Never heard of a 40 mHz model being spotted in the wild??

Yeah, 40 MHz is for Europe where 49 MHz is prohibited
