Building a cnc 24 x 48 laser

I started work on a cnc laser, looking to cut my own faomy airplanes check out the build thread here-

I would incorporate two cutting beds. One can be removed and reloaded while the other is being cut. A bar code scanner on the bottom would be nice then you can link the proper plot file to the bed's jigged parts. I know of several cutters that just put one or two sheets in a 24 x 48 bed to cut. A real waste of labor. But then he may not have that much business.
