New Years Resolution - Clean Workbench

Or at least part of it.
12' of Workbench that I can't even use.
I have soooo much junk laying on it.
I can't work and I have too much to build to keep working in these conditions.
It's embarrassing
I started to sort thru it and found Batteries, receivers, motors, and more little screws then you can shake a balsa stick at.

Care to take a guess on how many brushless motors I just had lying on part my workbench?

4 - Axis
4 - Astro 10 some with gearboxes
3 - Astro 20 one with gearbox.
Aveox, Model Motors w/ GB, feigao, eflite, and a old CD motor.
That' not all of it yet.

I RESOLVE TO CLEAN AT LEAST 9' OF WORKBENCH SOON.
Wish me luck.
Happy New Year
Larry

Larry,

Your real problem is that you have way too much room, and don't need to work tidily. What you should really is chop your bench in half, and use the newly-found space for some organised shelves etc. Honest.

Even harder might be to limit yourself to just one project at a time!

I'm in that large white box under the work bench! Don't tell anyone.

(I have a couple of taller, 6-drawer units from Costco, with one tall drawer, and 5 smaller ones. All my props, motors, servos, receivers, wires, etc. are stored here)..

It isn't funny. Its dangerous!
All of your LiPo pack are in on place directly on the table (not in fireproof container) and past other equipment and parts. I hope you charge them different.

Dang Larry,
It's even worse than the last time I saw it. You just need to rake it all off in a big box and ship it to Virginia. I'll be happy to sort thru it for you .

This is very heartening to see. It makes my bench look GOOD!!! Now if I can just make the wife think so too..... And I have the same New Year's resolution to clean up my act. At least till the Flashback hits the bench!!!

My bench looks comparatively tidy compared to whats above. Yipes. Get busy. But first go to Home Depot and spend $100 on storage bins of all sorts.

One project at a time. Is that possible.
I went a bought quite a few bins the other day.
I put them on the workbench and left the drawers open so some of the stuff might migrate into them on their own.
Will check tonight.
Maybe I can find some Elfs that need some work.

You looking for a 5' 9" elf? I'll only keep 5% of what I clean up.
