Got lucky...very lucky with a tensor!

Yes its true....I got my little hands on a sweet Tensor 4d. Christmas eve I will post the build pics, here it is... Oh yeah i got it at Roffees Hobby in Byesville, Ohio. Opie.

Any comments on the Eflight outrunner, i picked one up for the tensor since he had them in stock?

update*** Its DONE, after 4 long hours its done pics soon! AUW 9.5 oz

Be careful when removing the horizontal fuse doubler pieces. They're painted on with the rest of it and they stick terribly. Other than that no problems.

You only have to remove the left side, and it is only tacked in a couple of places. Also double check the surface deflections on all control surfaces, My ailerons only could move about 10 degrees. Easy fix though. Remove the hinge tape from the bottom , fold the aileron back and finish sanding the bevell all the way to a point. Now there is lots of deflection.

I thought the Addendums said not to remove the doubler as mentioned in the instructions? Opie

Pics....just flew it 10 minutes ago in an old parkinglot upon the lights. Real touchy and pretty smooth. Overall i love it and when i can see it better im sure it will be great!
