I am hoping this year santa clause will bring me a Brushless motor and ESC. what Motor would fit these needs?

1. Capable of turning a large prop and for 3d
2. Good power for fusalage type planes.. such as a GWS warbird.
3. Direct drive capabilitys for flying wings and other High speed aplications.
4. Wont burn out when used with a 3 cell Li-Po

was looks into the e-flight park 370 but have heard the one with 5,000 + Rpm cannot turn a large prop and is not good for 3d where as the 4,000+ is good for 3d and not highspeed flight? any motor that can fit all of these needs?

Of course I dunno what weight requirements you have (i.e. how much thrust you need) so it could be anything. But for lighter weights, look at the AXI outrunners, like the 2212-26 or 34, although some of those do have trouble swinging a bigger prop. For bigger planes where you can afford a few more ounces and can fit a sp400-sized motor the most versatile I have seen is the Mega 16-25-6. Between myself and 2 other friends we have currently or have had them running (all direct drive) in:

- 40" 3D foamie
- 2m electric RE floater sailplane
- 1.5m molded warmliner/mild hotliner
- Wattage Cap 232 aerobatic (Global Hobbies ARF)

3s or 10-cell NiMhs are perfect for the Mega. Data sheet says 18 amps Max but it can take mid-20s easily.
