Might as well break in the new thread with a cool link I found over in the slimer warbird forum.
Got a half mil burning a hole in your pocket? Loud and mean indeed! |

this is a GREAT prop for the outrunners. the apc's draw a little more than the aeronauts. but I'd go ahead and go with 8x6E + 1320s . Or a aeronaut 8x6 if you can wait guys fly on the tp2100's but lighter may be a bit better to start. |

well if they're 1320 gen II 10-12c then they should be good to 15.8 .
the 16.1a will unload in-flight. Remeber that was with an 8.5x6 an 8x6 aeronaut will draw less obviously...they may even have a 7x6 dunno... what kind of temps you have in Torrance ,CA now ? Altitude ? I would use the 1320 first .Because a slight mishap with a heavy ALFA can mean a quick trip home.. The lighter plane will be MUCH better off ... for starters Just check temps after your test flight . If it makes you feel better, my buddy flies the 1320's HARD ...no worries.. good luck |
