Royal Models Cessna 182 Skylane

I just inherited a Royal Models Cessna 182 Skylane kit. As far as I can tell it is complete...except for the plans. Does anyone know where I can get the plans or does anyone have a set that I could duplicate?

Thanks,
Dan

The Hobby Barn used to sell Marutaka kits. These kits are the same kits that used to be imported by Royal. I see they still list them on the website.

I've also found Royal kits on Ebay. Best of luck, they build into a real beauty!

Thanks for the post. I looked at hobbybarn and they did not have any for the 72" Cessna 182. I will keep looking on E-bay. In the meantime if anyone else has a copy laying around I would be interested in working out a deal.

Around 8 years ago, I bought some Cessna kit that had a 72" wingspan. It came with a K&B .65 Sportster motor, I think it was from Hobby Lobby. I don't know who made the kit, though, or which Cessna plane it was, as the kit is 8 hours away from me right now. If anyone is familiar with this deal, let me know who made my kit and such. I might have some plans, couldn't say.

Please excuse me this is my first post. Since a friend of mine has offered to take me up in his Cessna 182r I've been trying to find plans for this model also. Have you had any luck in your search? I can tell you where not to look. The University of Wichita is sending me some basic 3-view stuff, but their archives don't include drawings. I've sent a request to Cessna to see what if anything is available from them. No luck on searches, but could probably get something from Top flight.
