Bendigo Radio Control Aircraft Club open day

Hi all, just to let you know that the Bendigo Club is holding it's annual open day, this comming Sunday, it's usually a huge day with a big turn out from the public and models.

The electric stuff was definitly in the minority last year, but I have a sneaking suspicion there will be a few more this year,,

If you want to fly, you'll need a certified TX and hold bronze wings (or have someone with their wings beside you), I just turn up to be part of the crowd and enjoy the models and maybe snap a few pics.

The field is only about 18 km, East of Bendigo, just past Marong on the Newbridge road.

Fine Benny, the gun kits saved a lot of work and look a lot better than what I would have come up with, I've put a hold on the project though, I've finished and covered everything, got a Mega and g/b, Polyquest 2200 2s2p pack, Williams Bros wheels etc and all I have to do is make the scale engine and install the rudder and elevator servos, but I lost interest so I've boxed the lot up and started on a P40.

I'll re-visit the Fokker DVII at another time, maybe after my T7 Gloster Meteor project, (that's unless something else catches my eye )

PS So tell me, has all of the Australian stuff been moved to Skunkworks? or just certain stuff?

Joe

Not sure what you mean? I'm selling all my gear via skunkworx or around the traps. Give Tim a PM to find out more as he has just had some new deliveries.

Don't ignor the DVII to long mate, want to see some pics. Don't forget the Aussie Forum as well.
