Slo-Stik Combat at Visalia on Sat. Oct. 2nd

As part of the Visalia Fall Soaring Festival this coming weekend they are having Slow Stick combat (Their spelling in header) this Saturday afternoon after the thermal flying is done for the day. Look for the rules on plane construction on their Fall Festival page. Flight time will be after the thermal rounds for the day have been completed. Contact them to see if combat is open to people other then those registered for the soaring event. The club's website is: www.cvrcsoaring.com. It should be a fun event to witness. Mike

GWS USA has a lot of Slow Stick kits.

Ask your favorite LHS to book for you!

We fly in Riverside Ca. and we use 10' long pieces of crate(sp) paper for streamers. (The stuff that you get for birthday parties.) We have had as many as nine SS's in the air at one time.

No one around here seems to keep many in stock. I usually have to mail order them.
