What “resting voltage” do you get with your Lipo charger?

Hi everybody,
What charger are you using and what is the resting voltage of your pack after the charge completes?

I’m looking for a charger for my larger Lipo batteries (3s2p 4900).
I have a board charger I like using for my small batteries because I can adjust the charge termination / resting voltage to anything I want, but it’s slow and only charges at 425mA.
I also have a HobbiCo MKII that will charge up to 1-amp but the resting voltage of a 3-cell pack is only 12.17v checked 1-minute after the charge terminates.

Is there a high amp charger available that allows you to set the termination / resting voltage?
I like terminating my charge with a 3-cell pack at 12.5v in an attempt to extend battery life.

Thanks!
