Robbe Bucker Jungmeister Parkflyer - Worth trying??

Really enjoy my GWS TigerMoth but need something that penetrates on breezy days. This Robbe Bucker Jungmeister looks great in the air, has potential and appears not as demanding to fly as my Alliance...anyone have any experience with it??

If so, any words of wisdom?? Tips, tricks, things to AVOID?

Anyone have them in stock besides Dymond?

Thanks

TK

Bucker Jungmeister

Hi Bucker Fans! I did not know that Robbe has a Bucker Jungmeister Park flyer. I went to thier web site and saw the video. Now I got to have one, but where can you buy one? I have looked all over and can't come up with one. I don't want to send to Austria for one. Can someone help me out? Ray Juschkus

Hi Jurgen, Would you know where in the USA that I can buy a Robbe Bucker Jungmeister? I have the Aero Naut Bucker but I would like to get the Park Flyer one. My wife and I were in Germany last year and had a great time visiting my cousin in Mainz. I loved the vinyards growing on the side of mountains on the Rhine. We saw the Wasserkuppe that was a thrill. Ray, here's a link to a UK shop that carries it:

I flew one for quite some time and just loved it!!...a bad ESC cuttoff on me and lost it in a pretty bad crash...

www.rc-dymond.com here in the USA used to carry it. That's where I got mine.

It doesn't show on their web page any longer but, you may want to give them a call and inquire anyways...

Hi Ray,

Sorry, but I have no idea who would be selling the Bücker in the USA.

I saw the UK shop but you can't order from here. They do not show a credit Card page. Ray

Pico Moth and Wind

Hi. Read the post about the TM not penetrating the wind. I have set mine up with a Feiago 12mm innrunner on a GWS IPS A Drive using a 7-6 prop and a thunder power 3 cell 730Ma. Essentially this is quite nose heavy and with a bit of down elevator at full power, i can fly in winds of 20mph plus. With no wind and at low throttle, full up elevator will not stall it! I re-inforced the struts with balsa and I use a rubber band on each wing at the outer strut. Happy Flying.

Bleriot, you're right. when you build the Pico Moth a little heavier, around 12 ounces, it becomes a very stable flier in the wind.

Here's the link to my Pico Moth - to - Bucker Jungmann conversion. It flies awesome!!...it's powered by an ESSKAY 400 XT, 3S1P 1200's and a 7X4 wood prop.

I didn't mean to get off the subject here but, I thought I would mention this as a viable option to the hard to find Robbe Jungmeister...
