Dragonfly with Kyosho M24 Blades (Cheap, High Quality, Tough) and 300H Motor Hovers l

Success!! The M24 blades with the 300H motor on the Dragonfly kicks ass! This beauty hovers like a CP! It is so stable -- perfect for beginners like me! The only downside is that the battery drains faster with the added weight of the blades and faster headspeed. It would shorten the life of the tail motor too (DD tail is a must to maintain tail authority). I'm happy to live with these tradeoffs for the excellent flying I am now getting! The irony is that these Japanese-made high quality M24 blades are cheaper and far stronger than the lower quality stock blades. Go figure!

I also use the 300H motor in my Aerohawk - plenty of power and has lasted ages so far. I have found that with the DD tail, it's best if I fly with li-poly's. I also find that I have to adjust the trim for the tail as the packs wear out.
